First of all do not rely too much on Hitman Pro as it's known for creating false positive. Secondly all files indicated by HitmanPro are MS signed so I don't see a reason for any concern.
Now, I went through your other topic and I still can't see what actual system files are corrupted. Also what are your actual computer problems if any? Well, my computer runs extremely slow (especially whenever I start it up or use it after sleeping for a while)! Also, sfc previously found corrupt files, which it said it couldn't fix previously. So, I'm not quite sure if it is still infected, but something was affected, and it slowed down my computer a lot. Is there any other checks I can do, or is it pretty much in the clear?

Like should I make a new topic to see how I can speed it up from what I can see, or do you still think there is more that can be checked to see if anything is wrong?
